Colorado Springs

I just returned from a quick trip to Colorado Springs. Stacey and Londyn came with. We went because my nephew, Cameron, was graduating from High School. It was so great to see everyone. We went out to lunch to celebrate the big occasion.

We were even surprised with a overseas visit from Michael. He was able to fly back for a few days to be there as well.

Congratulations Cameron!!! We love you!!!

Soccer Game Anyone?

Lynn and I drove up to Layton to visit Mindy and family earlier this month. Jeffrey had a soccer game so we all went. Jeffrey likes soccer. Ella likes exploring at the soccer game. And Ty can't wait to grow up just a little bit more so he can play too!

Dominican Republic

We took a trip to the Dominican Republic again this year. We had a wonderful time. Lynn took the first 3 days and spent them in a village doing Humanitarian work. The last 3 days were spent at the Grand Palladium Bavaro Resort. It was a great resort. We really enjoyed it. Because of the Humanitarian part of the trip we had lots of people with us this year. That made it fun too. I didn't take too many pictures because Melanie was our resident photographer. I can't wait to get the pictures on CD that she is putting together for all of us. Thanks to all who made this a great trip! And a special thanks to my mom and dad for spending the first 3 days with me while Lynn, Tom, Deon, Dave, Jenny, Melanie, Rachel, Andrea, Katie, Rachel, Andee and Ron were at the village!

A Special Visit

My brother, Michael, and some of his family came to Utah for Nick and Diana's graduation. We were leaving town the very next day and so they were able to squeeze a few minutes to come and visit us. They met Londyn for the very first time. It meant alot to us to be able to see them this trip. Thanks for taking the time. We love you guys!

Michael is whispering into Londyn's ear and she is listening so intently. He absolutely fell in love with her. One day, he is going to make a wonderful grandpa. Until then, I am happy to share my sweet grandkids with him. Hanna enjoyed talking to Londyn too. I am guessing she is quite a good babysitter.

Tami took a turn holding Londyn too. They look quite content together. I think Londyn enjoyed meeting her relatives. We hope to see you often! Thanks again for spending precious moments with us.
